 1. Introduction   

1.1 These terms and conditions shall govern your use of PasswordKid.  

1.2 By using PasswordKid, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our system.  

1.3 If you register with PasswordKid, submit any material to our system or use any of our system services, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.  

1.4 You must be at least [18] years of age to use our system; by using our system or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least [18] years of age and above as a student/parent.  

2. Copyright notice 2.1 Subject to the express provisions of these terms and conditions: (a) we, together with our licensors, own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our system. 

Please bear in mind that SMS notifications are just for child pickup. The application also does not track trustees' or drivers' live locations until additional upgrades, but location on pickup and drop off will be logged on the app for parents to know where their child was picked up or dropped off. We are also not responsible for anything that happens to the child on their route home after pickup or drop off.

PasswordKid lite does not have an SMS alert, however PasswordKid premium does.

Passwordkid Does Not Represent Or Warrant That Access To The APP Will Be Uninterrupted Or That There Will Be No Failures, Errors Or Omissions Or Loss Of Transmitted Information, Or That No Viruses Will Be Transmitted. Without Limitation, Routee Does Not Warrant The Accuracy Or Completeness Of Any Information Included In Any Itinerary Or Other Information Created Or Provided Through The Website. Users Are Solely Responsible For Ensuring The Accuracy Of All Information Provided And Passwordkid Shall Undertake No Responsibility For Damages Caused By The Inclusion Of Erroneous, Incomplete Or Outdated Information In Such Itineraries 

3.1 You must not: (a) use our system in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause, damage to the system or impairment of the performance, availability or accessibility of the system;  3.2 You must ensure that all the information you supply to us through our system, is true, accurate, current, complete and non- misleading.
