The R60 one-time registration fee includes various essential components to ensure a comprehensive safety system for your child. It covers the registration process, the attendance card for your child, and the delivery of the card to the school. These elements are crucial for creating a personalized and secure experience for each registered child.
Additionally, the R40 monthly fee encompasses several valuable features and services. It includes daily SMS alerts to parents, providing real-time updates on their child's attendance. The system also maintains an online record of your child's attendance, which is stored securely for the school's digital register. Moreover, the R40 monthly fee allows parents to utilize the advanced PasswordKid technology to appoint anyone they trust to pick up their child from school. Parental Delegation In Real Time
Parents will be able to delegate any individual they trust to pick up their child from school using our app.Immediately upon delagation, the trustee will receive an SMS notice with complete pickup details.
Trustee Approval
Immediately after receiving an SMS, the delegated trustee will have the option to open the trustee approval dashboard and approve/agree to be the delegated person by following all security checks, including verifying an OTP that will be automatically sent to their cell number that the parent has delegated and choosing whether to use their identification card or face ID to be confirmed for every kid pickup at school.
Child Pick-Up
Prior to child pickup, the PasswordKid station has been engineered to only allow school officials to verify the delegated person by face verification or scanning identity cards, followed by our concrete two factor authentications, one of which is a one time password. The system will then display all of the children for whom the trustee has been authorized to pick them up.
SMS Alerts
Parents will receive SMS alerts as soon as the authorized person collects the child.
Child Check-In
Passwordkid allows parents to authorize a trustee to check in their child to school in the early morning hours or while the parent is rushing to work. The trustee, on the other hand, will have to use our app to agree on the moment whether or not they would take the child to school. Following the child's check-in, an SMS will be issued to the parent. By agreeing to serve as a trustee, the trustee will have tangible proof that they will not be held accountable in the future if they are falsely accused of checking in a child on a given day when they did not.
School Trips
During school trips, parents will use the Passwordkid app to find out where the bus is and which bus their child is riding in. This function also allows school administrators to utilize the PasswordKid tablet to authenticate parents when they pick up children when they arrive late from school outings.
