We aim to ensure the safety of children by preventing unauthorized individuals from collecting them from school premises.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Field Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our child safety solutions to schools, convincing them to sign up for our services. Your primary goal will be to increase our customer base and expand our reach in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential schools within the designated area.
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to target schools and promote our child safety solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the PasswordKid Station.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services, emphasizing the importance of child safety.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with schools, ensuring they understand the pricing structure and terms of service.
• Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback, market insights, and customer requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the education sector is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Age requirement: Applicants should be below 35 years old.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation based on performance, including a commission structure tied to the number of schools signed up. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process. Additionally, we provide opportunities for career growth and development within our expanding company.

Note: This position requires regular travel within the designated area.

Additional Information:

Once a Field Marketing Representative successfully secures a school that signs up for our services, they will be assigned as the dedicated PasswordKid Agent for that school. It is important that the Field Marketing Representative resides within walking distance of the assigned school or the school they choose from the ones they have successfully won. 

This proximity will enable efficient communication, regular engagement with the school staff, and the ability to address any concerns promptly.

By being physically close to the assigned school, the Field Marketing Representative can provide personalized support and ensure that the implementation of our child safety solutions is seamless.
